Pune City police’s crime branch rescued a 35-year-old engineer from Tamil Nadu, who was allegedly confined and thrashed at a hotel following a financial dispute.

Police said the engineer had recently received a call for a job from a company and travelled to Mumbai on January 6 for the same.
