Amid dense fog and poor visibility in parts of north India, over 50 trains were delayed on Saturday morning.
The Northern Railways published the list of delayed trains on X and a few trains including 12303 Poorva Express running from Kolkata Howrah Juntion (HWH) to New Delhi (NDLS) is delayed by over four hours, 12533 Vaishali Express from Saharsa Junction to New Delhi, 22181 Jabalpur Hazrat Nizamuddin Gondwana Superfast Express are delayed by more than three hours.

Apart from that, 22436 New Delhi Vande Bharat Express is delayed by over four hours, while the Varanasi Vande Bharat Express is 14 hours late. The New Delhi Vande Bharat Express is eight hours and 17 minutes late and the Anand Vihar Terminal Superfast Express is delayed by over seven hours.
Thick fog covered parts of north India on Saturday and its the second day rail and air travel have been affected. At least 50 flights have been delayed at Indira Gandhi International Airport and there has been no airline operations at Srinagar airport on Saturday morning.
As per the India Meteorological Department’s forecast, very dense fog conditions are likely to prevail in parts of Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar while dense fog is likely to persist in parts of West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, north Rajasthan, north Madhya Pradesh.
